Mr. Glennon spent over 26 years as a social studies teacher and coach. Before he came to Donegal, he was the Assistant Athletic Director and taught A.P. Government and A.P. U.S. History at the York County School of Technology (York Tech).

Over the past quarter century, Mr. Glennon has coached boys and girls basketball at the junior high and varsity levels and was the Head Football Coach at both York Tech and Westmont Hilltop High School in Johnstown, PA. He has also coached football as the Special Teams Coordinator at his alma mater West York and was the Defensive Coordinator at Central Dauphin, York Suburban, and most recently at William Penn HS (York High).
