Ruby Hartley is stepping into the role of Varsity Assistant/Head JV Coach for the Donegal high school field hockey team.

Growing up in Marietta, Ruby graduated from Donegal High School in 2019. She played field hockey for Donegal helping to win two state championship titles, four district titles, and two league titles. She then continued her hockey career at the collegiate level for NCAA Division II Queens University of Charlotte Royals field hockey team. Ruby was elected to the 2019 National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division II National Academic Team.

Ruby graduated from Delaware Valley University in Spring 2024 majoring in Conservation and Wildlife Management. Combined experience from both high school and college as she help coach Donegal's Weed Whackers, Next Level Field Hockey camps, and played in adult leagues. Ruby is truly invested in Donegal field hockey and is excited to recultivate a truly successful program.
